Q. How can i correct my mistake ?
A. No modification in the form are allowed once you have done the final submission. For the same, you can mail us at recruit.jnu@support.formsdotstar.com regarding the changes along with your complete application details like Email ID, Application No, etc.

Q. I have Uploaded the wrong Photo/ID Proof/ Signature, Please upload the correct one.
A. No modification in the form are allowed once you have done the final submission. For the same, you can mail us at recruit.jnu@support.formsdotstar.com along with your complete application details like Email ID, Application No, etc. and the upload files to be changed.

Q. Can two candidates apply from same account?
A. NO, Only single candidate can apply from an account.

Q. What to do if multiple payment was deducted against the same application?
A. Email your following details to recruit.jnu@support.formsdotstar.com
1. Candidate Name
2. Candidate's registered Email address
3. Date and time of payment
4. Any Proof of payment (Bank statement)
NOTE: You will be notified once your query is resolved. You can also check your status on your dashboard.

Q. How can i apply for Multiple Posts?
A. After completing your application for a post, You can apply in another post using "Apply" button on dashboard.

Q. I have made the payment and amount is deducted from my bank account, But my payment status is still pending(Not Paid).?
A. You can confirm your payment by clicking Check Button on your dashboard for the respective post against which the payment was deducted. This will re-confirm your payment and if your payment was recieved, your applications will automatically be saved and status changed to paid.

Q. How to make payment?
A. It can be made online using a Credit/Debit Card .

Q. I am unable to make payment, It is showing an error?
A. Please ensure that your Credit/Debit Card is having 3-D secure pin.

Q. I have qualified NET but I have not received my net certificate, what should I fill in "NET Certificate Number" and what to upload as "Net Certificate" in upload section ?
A. Fill "Not Received" in "NET Certificate Number" field and upload the scanned copy of self attested undertaking that you have qualified NET with your NET details in upload section.
